Being new to the online world and shipping products, we may be a tad slower in processing...it's like practicing your clutching...your product will get to you guaranteed,  just perfecting our skills at the moment. Thank you for your patience when required.

We utilize Canada Post for our in Canada orders, and anything outside of Canada will be with the best choice in courier for your order. 

Please allow between 10-15 days for your order to arrive. If more than 15 days have passed please email us at info@machinegirl.ca to review the status of your order.

Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
